Men's Ministry

Developing men for life is a critical part of Christian growth. Strong personal relationships with the Lord are an important component in achieving greater fellowship, unity, and brotherly love among men. Through our programs we aim to teach men to increase their sense of responsibility, with the intent of helping them to realize and assume their role and position in the home, church, and society as spiritual leaders.

The Men’s Fellowship Ministry is currently under the leadership of Brother Jeffrey Williams who is implementing new and innovative organizational strategies to be more effective in the future. The organization leadership structure is as follows: the Fellowship Ministry now oversees The Boy Scouts troop, along with Men of Action. The departmental coordinators are Bro. Willie Jones, the Boy Scouts, and Bro. Wallie Sharpe, Men of Action.

These departments are pursuing activities that will promote evangelism, edification, worship and fellowship. With growing interest in this are of ministry leave us to anticipate great participation by them young people of our church and community.

The involvement of men in the programs and activities of the Men’s Ministry and the assembly in general, as well as the utilization of active interaction between young and older men promote spiritual growth. The men are in charge of the Beautification Ministry. The upkeep of the facility is of premiere importance to the appearance in the community. Revitalize the mentor program – "TRAIN-UP", through promotions and the formation of a separate committee to manage it; to integrate "Faithful Men, Passing on the Faith" and the mentor program under one umbrella. Promote involvement and greater accountability, through increased delegation of duties and responsibilities.
